The creation of VALCO TRUST FUND was the outcome of an understanding between the then President Kwame Nkrumah representing the Government of Ghana and an international company, VOLTA ALUMINUM COMPANY LIMITED (VALCO).
VALCO TRUST FUND is a subsidiary of the Volta Aluminum Company Limited (VALCO), under the MINISTRY OF ENERGY.
